BB|AM is a contemporary artist management firm with operations in New York, Los Angeles, and London. Founded by Bethanie Brady in 2014, BB|AM's mission is to provide emerging and established artists with a professional support system and strategic plan tailored specifically to each artist.
BB|AM's work encompasses all areas of an artist’s career including: long and short-term strategic planning, creative consultation & development, public exhibitions and installations, private commissions, studio/archive management, digital strategy, financial/estate planning, cross-platform collaborations and licensing, and publications, among other aspects.
Who We Are
Bethanie Brady brings eleven years of experience working in the Contemporary Art world, heading international expansion initiatives in Europe, Asia, South America and the U.S., creative direction & collaboration, artist career development, curation, artist residencies, publicity campaigns, sponsorship, print & digital content development, and public, commercial & institutional exhibition development. Having worked as an art publicist at New York art public relations firm, Fitz & Co, and Director at both Contemporary galleries Lehmann Maupin Gallery and Paul Kasmin Gallery, Brady has initiated, lead, and worked closely on projects with artists, institutions, galleries, art fairs, and brands internationally.
Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA Degree in Studio Art from Boston College, Ali Cashman combines this intimate knowledge of art and the artist’s practice with an MA Degree of Distinction in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London. Ali's background allows her to provide a comprehensive approach to visual artist management as her previous experience covers many sectors of the art world, including museum, gallery, auction, and nonprofit. She uses her knowledge and skills to provide BB|AM and its contemporary artists with tailored inventory and administration systems, art proposal and presentation design, exhibition coordination, website coding and maintenance, and project supervision and management. Originally from Las Vegas, Ali lives and works in New York City.
Combining her previous experience working within the marketing, public relations, and digital media fields, Jessica Salzer began her career in the art world at The Metropolitan Museum of Art working in New Media Communications. Since, she has received her Master's in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art, London, and continues to use her skills working with artists and artist studios to better manage their press relations, web development, and overall career planning. Focusing on the photographic medium - photography, video, and new media Jessica has worked with a variety of photographers, managing their studios and archive, working with their galleries on print production, sales, and inventory, and helping produce large scale exhibitions and installations at various institutions. Originally from New York City, Jessica works and lives in London.
